Shipping Policy


Thank you for shopping with Gul-e-Taiba Fabrics. This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed on our website are processed, shipped, and delivered. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after order confirmation.

  • Processing times may be extended during holidays or peak seasons.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Coverage

  • We offer nationwide shipping across Pakistan.

3. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation via WhatsApp.

  • Tracking details will be provided so you can monitor your shipment’s progress.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery within Pakistan usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your city and location.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays. Gul-e-Taiba Fabrics is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners.

5. Shipping Address Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at checkout.

  • Gul-e-Taiba Fabrics will not be liable for delivery issues caused by an incorrect address, wrong phone number, or unreachable recipient.

6. Undeliverable Shipments

  • If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.

  • If we are unable to contact you within 7 days, the order may be canceled.

7. Missing or Damaged Orders

  • If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • You will be required to provide:

    • Clear photos of the damaged item.

    • Photos of the outer packaging.

    • Your order number.

  • After investigation, we will provide an appropriate resolution.

8. Important Notice Regarding Returns

  • As per our Return & Exchange policy, returns are only accepted for damaged items or incorrect deliveries.

  • If a return is processed, all return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.

  • A fixed return handling fee of PKR 750 (inclusive of applicable taxes) will be deducted from the total refund amount. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this deduction.
